United Mine Workers of America endorse Jennifer Stewart

BRIDGEPORT -Jennifer Stewart, candidate for the 94th district Ohio House of Representatives, has been endorsed by the District 31 Sub District Six United Mine Workers of America Ohio Coal Miners Political Action Committee (COMPAC).

COMPAC is a grassroots organizations made up of rank and file UMWA members.

Ohio COMPAC State Council Chair Ray Wright said Stewart's efforts of concern and her involvement in public service were important factors in the decision.

Stewart, a Democrat, is running against Republican Troy Balderson for the seat.
